Exceeded expectations After reading the book, Nature's Health Enhancer, I was very interested in the health benefits with the ingredients in this supplement. These will cause loose stools These will definitely cause loose stools.I have been using for about a month now at one a day for myself. My system has still not gotten used to them and they cause very loose stools.I have given about 1/8th of a capsule to my dog who is 100 pounds and it makes her have extremely wet farts and diarrhea every time. I have had to stop giving it to her because I don’t like having to clean up the mess when this happens in the house through no fault of her own.I will continue to take them at one a day.

This is working at every level, really does what it claims I'm quite healthy on a whole food plant-based diet for a decade + but I do have occasional allergies and I noticed that I no longer have the same intense effect. My neighbor has a cat and just talking to her usually makes me sneeze and have a runny nose. I've been on these pills for a few weeks and though I did feel allergies coming when she was at my place, I didn't get any reaction beside the slight feeling it may happen just a bit of itchy eyes but no sneezing. I also have more energy as in like after drinking coffee, I dont drink more than one a day but this feels like I'm having a coffee every couple of hours. Training has been upbeat and I didn't have to force myself into it as some days I don't feel like it. More energy than usual, not that I felt I needed more before these magic pills.
