It’s been 4 weeks since I started taking the recommended 2 capsules per day (1 morning + 1 evening). After 1 week I have stopped taking insulin and my blood sugar has remained in the 4 to 10 range (mostly between 6 and 8). This has eliminated 4 needles per day x 21 days =84 needles not needed. Hurrah 🎉. So far so good.
